The purpose of the Rancho Cordova Outreach Navigation Services is to provide essential services to homeless individuals in Sacramento County. Navigators strive to engage with individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, engagement in the community, wherever they are, including places not meant for habitation, such as homeless encampments or shelters.

Rancho Cordova HART's goal is to support the navigator's efforts. We provide donations, relocation costs, and general assistance costs to help the Navigator best serve those on the street.
