HART is a coalition of organizations, businesses, and individuals who care deeply about those in Rancho Cordova who are currently without a home. Together, we strive to be a resource for our unhoused neighbors and, ultimately, to end homelessness in Rancho Cordova.

Attention all volunteers! We're in the process of planning this year's rotating Winter Sanctuary program!

Each night, guests are provided a warm, safe place to sleep, meals, restroom access, and hospitality, along with connections to housing, healthcare, and other essential support services through local partners.​
