HART Is a group of organizations, businesses, and individuals who care about those in Rancho Cordova who are currently without a home. Together we aim to be a resource for the homeless and ultimately end homelessness in Rancho Cordova.

Our next volunteer meeting is scheduled for November 14th. The November meeting will be held at our Winter Sanctuary "Intake Site," located at 10009 Folsom Blvd, Ste 100, Sacramento, CA 95827, starting at 6:00 p.m. We'd love to see you there!​​
