HART Is a group of organizations, businesses, and individuals who care about those in Rancho Cordova who are currently without a home. Together we aim to be a resource for the homeless and ultimately end homelessness in Rancho Cordova.

Our next volunteer meeting will be after the Winter Sanctuary, April 16th, at 10009 Folsom Blvd Ste 100, Sacramento, CA 95827, at 6:30 pm.
